REFUND POLICY

Kamal Eye Clinic believes in complete customer satisfaction.

• In case of any dissatisfaction with the services available at Kamal Eye Clinic, the customer can write to info@kamaleyeclinic.com within 7 days from the date of purchase, and request a refund from us. Customer should briefly explain the reason of dissatisfaction. Kamal Eye Clinic will provide a refund within 30 working days of receipt of the request.
• If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
